Online Return Policy:
Customers may return any unused, unworn item, with tags attached for store credit. Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Returns must include the full name and the customer will receive an online credit. No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued, unless there is a mistake on our behalf- only store credit or exchanges. ALL clearance items are Final Sale and are not returnable for any reason. Return Process:
To return items, please ensure your return is within our return policy and meets ALL return requirements. Expect the return process to take 5-7 business days from the time you ship the product. After verifying this, please package the item either in its original package, or packaged so that it will not be damaged in transit, as the Cotton Mill does not assume responsibility for damaged items during shipment.
We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on the returned condition. Please consider purchasing tracking or delivery confirmation, as The Cotton Mill is not responsible for lost return packages. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for items returned to The Cotton Mill. We do not refund shipping fees, unless it is an error on our behalf. If an order needs to be canceled for any reason, the customer is subject to a 10% restock fee.
